We collect the personal information you are providing while using Fizbo app and the personal information you agree Facebook to share with us when you choose to authenticate with Facebook. You can choose to not disclose personal information requested by certain app services, but your access will be limited to a smaller set of features. If you do not want to disclose personal information from your Facebook profile such as id, name and email that we request when you choose to authenticate with Facebook, do not choose this method of authentication within the app.

1.1. Account information

When you sign up for a Fizbo account we require certain information as email and optionally a phone number. Also a password is requested in order to be able to authenticate you after the account is created.

1.2. Home rental listing information

When listing a home rental into the app you are requested to provide the property address and a phone or email contact.

1.3. Facebook account information

If you choose to login with your Facebook profile, Fizbo app collects your Facebood id, name and email.

1.4. Communication information

When you communicate with us via email or phone, we might maintain a record of your communication.

2.1. Account information

The email and password requested when creating an account will allow you to login in and access features that require authentication such as: publishing/editing/removing a listing, saving/removing favorite rentals, saving searches to receive notifications etc. If you opt to be contacted by phone or email when adding a new listing, a User that sees your listing in the app can directly contact you by phone or email. If you do not want your account information to be used as described, do not create an account with the Fizbo app or if you already have an account, send us an email at hello@fizboapp.co.uk to permanently delete it. With your consent, if you register with us, we may also use your name and email to send you news about app services and promotional campaigns that might present interest to you. You can at any time unsubscribe from receiving notifications by clicking 'unsubscribe' from any notification.

2.2. Home rental listing information

The property address you provide when publishing a home rental will be used to locate your listing on a map or be revealed in results when an User searches in a geographical area that includes the given address. If you opt to be contacted by phone or email, a prospective tenant can directly contact you when they find your listing in the app. If you do not want your listing address, phone number or email to be used as presented, delete your active listings from Fizbo app or do not publish any listing with us.

2.3. Facebook account information

When you login by Facebook, Fizbo will collect your profile id, name and email to authenticate you without creating and account with us. Login by Facebook will give you fast access to all the features that require authentication such as publishing/editing/removing a listing, saving/removing favorite rentals, saving searches to receive notifications etc. If you do not want the id, name and email of your Facebook profile to be used by Fizbo as presented, don't login with Facebook.

2.4. Communication information

The email or phone number you have used to contact us for any matter, will be used to communicate back with you if necessary. If you do not want your email or phone number to be used as described, do not contact us via email or phone.

3.1. Facilitate communication between app Users

To help facilitate a User to get in contact with you and arrange a viewing for your property, Fizbo app allows a User to directly contact you by phone only, email only or by both phone and email as you have opted when listed your property. If you do not want to be contacted by our app Users, please delete all your published listings.

3.2. Give proximity information about your listing

In order for a User to be able to see the amenities or places of interest nearby your listing, Fizbo app will display your listing centered in a Mapbox map. If you do not want your listings to be displayed on a Mapbox map, please delete all your property listings published with Fizbo.

3.3. Promote Fizbo app by sharing a preview of your listings on other sites or app stores

Based on our legitimate interest to promote Fizbo app, we may display information about your listing but without disclosing your personal information such as email, name, phone number or address. At any time you can ask us to cease sharing your personal listings information to be used for these direct marketing purposes by sending an email to hello@fizboapp.co.uk

3.4. Indexing of Fizbo content by search engines

The home rentals you list with Fizbo app might get indexed by search engines. The information indexed about a listing is anonymous and won't link to you as an individual How the search engines may share your personal listings information is not in our control and therefore any questions in this regard should be directed to the search engine platforms.

3.5. Facilitate resolving of legal disputes

Fizbo may disclose personal information to courts, law enforcement or government authorities if and to the extend we are required or permitted to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (1) comply with our legal obligations, (2) to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against Fizbo, (3) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our Users to legal liability, (4) to enforce and administer our Terms of Use, (5) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Fizbo, its employees or its Users. Where appropriate, we may notify Users about legal requests unless: (1) providing notice is prohibited by the legal process itself, by court order we receive, or by applicable law, or (2) we believe that providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of fraud upon Fizbo’s property, its Users and the Fizbo app.

3.6. Grow community and awareness on social media platforms

In order to generate leads, drive traffic to our app or otherwise promote our services, where permissible by law we may share information about your listing but without disclosing personal information like email, name, phone number or address. How the social media platforms may share your personal listings information is not controlled by us, therefore any questions in this regard should be directed to the social media platforms. At any time you can ask us to cease sharing your personal listings information to be used for these direct marketing purposes by sending an email to hello@fizboapp.co.uk

3.7. Create leads to your listing by allowing Users to share your listing on communication apps or websites

When Users have interest in your listing, they may share from the Fizbo app a link to your listing. They can choose to share with any messaging or social app installed on their devices. The link that is shared obfuscates any personal information about your listing. When their peers are clicking the link, your listing is opened in the Fizbo app or website, generating leads to your listing. If you don't want links to your listing be shared by our Users, do not publish any listing with Fizbo and remove all the properties you have already listed.

3.8. Send notifications to you by email

With your consent, if you register with us, we may send you emails with news, app features and promotional offers that might present interest to you. You can at any time unsubscribe from receiving such notifications by clicking 'unsubscribe' from any notification.

Fizbo app uses Mapbox Map and Mapbox Geocoding API(s). This usage is subject to Mapbox Terms of Use and Mapbox Privacy Policy .

5.1. Cookies

An HTTP cookie (also called web cookie, Internet cookie, browser cookie, or simply cookie) is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's device by the user's web browser while the user is browsing. Fizbo app does not use any cookies.

5.2. Pixel

It is a tiny graphic that is loaded when a user visits a website or opens an email, and is used to track certain user activities. With a tracking pixel, advertisers can acquire data for online marketing, web analysis or email marketing. Fizbo app does not use tracking pixels.

5.3. Analytics

We are using Google Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it to give the best possible services to our Users.

As noted in section 2. How We Use Information We Collect and section 3. How We Share and Disclose Your Information, we give user several easy-to-use ways to exercise choices about their personal information in the Fizbo app.

6.1. Access and update personal information

You can review, update and delete the information you have in the Fizbo app by logging with your account and reviewing your profile, personal listings, favorites rentals and saved searches.

6.2. Account cancellation

You can request us to delete your account and all associated data by sending an email to hello@fizboapp.co.uk. We will process your request and confirm its resolution within 30 days.

6.3. Your legal rights

In alignment with the applicable laws from the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have the rights to request us to:

- provide access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you
- prevent the processing of your information for direct-marketing purposes (including any direct marketing processing based on profiling)
- update information which is out of date or incorrect
- delete certain information which we are holding about you
- restrict the way that we process and disclose certain of your information
- transfer your information to a third-party provider of services
- revoke your consent for the processing of your information

Your can make a request by sending an email to hello@fizboapp.co.uk. We will give you a response within the time period stated by applicable law. We want to inform you that certain information may be exempt from such request in some circumstances, which may include if we need to keep processing your information for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation. We may request proof of identification to verify your request.

We retain your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which we collect and use it and as required to comply with applicable laws. Generally, we will retain your account and related personal information for as long as you have an account with us. If you would like your account and personal information to be deleted, send an email to hello@fizboapp.co.uk. We will process your request and confirm its resolution within 30 days. If your account is deleted, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements. Any communication thread that you have opened or responded to within the app, will continue to appear to our Users, but your name, email, phone or address will be removed from such content.

8.1 Third Party Links

Fizbo app does not have any links to third party websites.

8.2 Third Party Features

We use third party services like Mapbox Map, Mapbox Geocode API(s) and Facebook Authentication. We are not responsible for the information collected and used by this third-party services. They are subject to the Privacy Policy of Mapbox Map, Mapbox Geocode API(s) and Facebook Authentication services. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of these third-parties.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from children under the age of 13 without legally-valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.

We are based in Romania and our services can be used anywhere in the world. When you use Fizbo, you authorize us to transfer, store, and process your information in the European Union and United Kingdom where laws may differ from those applicable in the country you live. By using our app, you consent to transferring the data to the European Union and United Kingdom.

We understand the importance of the confidentiality and security of your personal information. To protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration, we are continuously implementing and updating technical, administrative and physical security measures. One of the most important security measures is that any information exchanged between the app and our servers is encrypted. However, the Internet is not a 100% secure environment so we can’t guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of your information. We urge you to also take the steps to keep your personal information safe by choosing a strong password and keep it private. If your device gets stolen or lost, prevent access to your information by immediately resetting your password from another device.

California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the types of personal information disclosed to those parties. We at Fizbo do not disclose such personal information. You can at any time submit a request in this regard by sending an email to hello@fizboapp.co.uk

Fizbo reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any change will be effective immediately after posting on our website. You can check if the Privacy Policy has changed since the last time you have reviewed it by checking the "Last updated" section at the beginning of this document. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, you will be provided with appropriate notice via email in accordance with legal requirements.
